Our Coronavirus Response
During the coronavirus pandemic, we want you to know that we will be continuing our operations in order to bring you entertainment during this trying time. We know that keeping your family safe is the most important thing as we work our way through the current global crisis. With hopes to continue to provide for our families and to create a sense of normalcy for others, Trapped Escape Game will remain open during our regular business hours in Nashville and Pigeon Forge throughout the coronavirus crisis.
While we recognize the need for normalcy, our preparations for each work day, each group, and every individual will be anything but normal. Some of the measures we will be taking include:
- Cleaning of all exits and entrances after large groups or parties
- Keeping all areas under the capacity maximum recommended by CDC
- Avoiding greetings that involve hands
- Wiping down escape rooms after each use
- Instructing employees to wash their hands whenever possible
As you’ve probably realized by now, this is a virus that requires the entire community’s cooperation in stopping. As such, we ask that if you are showing any symptoms of the virus, or if any of your family seems to be sick, then you stay home in courtesy to our other customers and the community as a whole. If you have any questions about our precautions or how or business operations will change during the coronavirus, then please contact us now.
